Buffers are very useful as impedance matching circuits and as current boosters. They have i/p and o/p voltages same. However they amplify the current. Also they can be used to couple two circuits having different o/p and i/p impedances

What is the advantages of buffer circuits in digital electronics?

buffer circuits helpful in overcoming the impedance matching problem.for example if we want to send a signal from one devise to other ,if there is no impedance matching between this two then signal is not transfered.now if we use buffer in between these two devises then the buffer without changing the signal shape or value it simply transffers the signal

Is buffer overload a computer virus?

No, a buffer overload is not a computer virus. A buffer overload is an error that occurs when a program on your computer is writing data to a buffer and exceeds the buffer's capacity. This can cause problems and will usually cause the program which caused the buffer overload to crash.

What is a compound that minimizes changes in pH by reversibly taking up or releasing ions?

Buffer solution.

Effect of Diluting a buffer?

The buffer capacity increases as the concentration of the buffer solution increases and is a maximum when the pH is equal to the same value as the pKa of the weak acid in the buffer. A buffer solution is a good buffer in the pH range that is + or - 1 pH unit of the pKa. Beyond that, buffering capacity is minimal.
