The Canon EOS 350D (Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT in North America and the Canon EOS Kiss Digital N in Japan) is an 8.0-megapixel entry-level digital single-lens reflex camera manufactured by Canon. The model was initially announced in February 2005. It uses Compact Flash storage and a Lithium ion battery. Part of the EOS, it is the successor to the EOS 300D and the predecessor to the EOS 400D (or Digital Rebel XTi), which was released in August 2006. Since early 2008, the 350D has been remaindered (production ceased in 2005).
The Canon EOS digital camera can be purchased from the Canon company website, along with any accessories you may need. It is also available from Amazon, Argos, and John Lewis.
All of canon's EF-mount lenses will fit on all camera bodies in the Canon EOS system. Simply, if the lens says "EF" on it, then it will fit any Canon camera that says "EOS" on it. If it says EF-S on it, it won't fit on a EOS film body or a full-frame digital. EF-S lenses only work on EOS digital SLRs with APS-C sized sensors (Digital Rebel and 10/20/30/40/50D series) If it says FD on it, it won't fit on any EOS body. These are the old manual-focus lenses from the 70's and early 80's.

The Canon EOS is a professional digital SLR camera. SLR cameras offer the user the range of options in terms of lenses, flashes, etc. that a regular film camera accepts. This ability for customization combined with the way it captures the image, which is more true to a film camera than other digital cameras, account of the price.
The short answer is "Yes." The long answer is: All Canon EOS cameras use Canon EF (electro-focus) lenses. They can also use independently made lenses with EF type camera mounts. All Canon DSLR (digital single lens reflex) cameras can use all Canon EF (or independent manufacturer equivalent) lenses made for film or digital cameras. Most Canon DSLR's have an APS-C sensor that measures 22.2 x 14.8mm. (This is smaller than the 36 x 24mm image size on 35mm film.) In 2003, Canon introduced EF-S lenses that were optimized for the APS-C sensor size. The EF-S lenses will only fit on Canon 20D, 30D, 40D, and 50D cameras (as of 2008) and all Canon Digital Rebel cameras.
