Absolutely! In fact, all programs that worked with Vista (which includes Office 2003) will easily work on Windows 7. Just for future reference, many old Windows programs will work on Windows 7. I can still play some old Windows 95/98 games on my Windows 7 computer and they play perfectly!
Yes and But... Yes, you can run it in compatibility mode "windows xp sp3", but some important features are missing. "Clone Painting" and "Soften Edges" are mysteriously gone. It seems that Windows 7 does not allow some of these older dll's to register or run. That's a pity, because this program is fantastic!
