They're definitely fake, some of the less impressive ones may be real, but for the most part these things just aren't possible. For example in Braylon Edwards' video, he put on a blindfold and supposedly caught 3-4 footballs without being able to see, but then he somehow knows just where to look when he's talking to the camera. And let's be honest, it's just not humanly possible to catch that many footballs without looking.

Yeah, 100% of them are, even ones that are just kicking fielded goals. They add special effects to all of them and camera tricks to make it look real. Its just a marketing gimick.
