Not just the FFA, but you can be in 4-H too (well, either or, not both) to raise a show calf.

∙ 11y agoA calf raise is an exercise for the calf muscle where someone raises their heel off the ground, to stretch the calf, and lowers it again.

Gastrocnemius
The primary joint movement in a seated calf raise is plantar flexion, where the ankle joint is extended and the toes are pointed downward, contracting the calf muscles.
The bones that are used during a calf raise is the fibula and tibia. It is more of a muscular movement than a movement of the bones.
