You can release Pokemon if that is what you are asking. I have not explored it but I have had the game ask me what Pokemon I want to keep if the Warrior does not have enough room for more. I'm sure you can release them other ways too, but I have yet to explore releasing Pokemon. I have heard you can release Warriors however I have not explored that either

Yes, you can release Pokemon in Pokemon Conquest. All you have to do is link with more wild Pokemon than your warrior can hold. Once they get one Pokemon above the warrior's maximum capacity you have to release one of your Pokemon.

You will need to come across an wild Eevee in one of the kingdom battling areas in Pokémon Conquest however you can only find wild Eevee in five kingdoms and those kingdoms would include the Aurora Kingdom, Pugilis Kingdom, Valora Kingdom, Vipera Kingdom and the last kingdom that you can find wild Eevee in would be the Swarms Kingdom.

In Pokémon Conquest, you will be able to find a wild Arceus in the Aurora Kingdom but it will only appear randomly there and it will only appear once the Link level is at 80+% with either Eevee or any one of its seven evolutions which are Flareon, Jolteon, Vaporeon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon and Glaceon.
Why can't you recruit some warlords in Pokemon Conquest?
The leaders of kingdoms won't join you. You have to look around kingdoms you own and find them in the fields. With other warlords, you have to beat them with a super effective attack or within 4 turns.
To shift into or out of 4 wheel lo your transmission has to be in neutral, not park or any other gear. 4 hi works on the fly or parked. Occassionally the vacuum solenoid will go bad or the lines that regulate your four wheel drive have a leak and will cause your four wheel drive not to engage. Also with electronic shift the wiring can potentially go bad. But check the vacuum first. Auto zone can test it for you for leaks.
How do you switch recruits in Pokemon Conquest?
I finally figured out how to do it :D
all you gotta do is have the extra recruits you placed at another kingdom march over to the one you are currently placed at, then it'll say, "Maximum allies at this kingdom. Choose which allies to replace."
How do you manage you army in Pokemon conquest?
Well, there are many ways to manage your army in Conquest. Here are the ways possible:
1. Delegation
Only available in Episode 1- The Legend of Ransei (Maybe). Tap that kingdom and let another warrior take over that kingdom in your absence. Then tap what you want it to do.
2. Marching
Marching is available in all episodes. Tap the kingdom and select warriors to move to other kingdoms, or march. If there are 6 warriors in the kingdom you want them to march to, you'll have to dismiss a warrior from that kingdom or press B and march the warriors into different kingdom.
3. Dismissing
Dismissing is available in all episodes. When there are more than 6 warriors to be placed in a kingdom, you'll have to dismiss warrior(s) or kick them out of your army.
4. Equipping
Equipping is available in all episodes. Equipping means to give warriors items. Tap it and choose a warrior to give a certain item.

Yes you can. The above answer is incorrect, and how do I know? Personal experience. My team that I used to beat the game is a Flareon, Jigglypuff, Rhyperior (from storyline, with Shingen), Charizard, Emboar, and Empoleon. All you need to do is get their link % high enough, then do something with them, whether it be mining gold, poke(liri? giri? Don't remember what it's called), or battling. I'm not exactly sure if shopping will do it, but there's no harm in trying!
How do you start new game in Pokemon Conquest?
You must first clear the previously saved data in Pokemon Ranger. To do this, hold Start + Select + L + R when you are on the opening menu. This, unfortunately, does not get rid of the Ranger Net option (if you have unlocked it) - it only registers that you have not completed the first mission yet. Also, if you entered the code for the Manaphy egg mission, it will still be there, along with the Manaphy egg.
ie. You cannot completely restart the Pokemon Ranger game.
Once you have cleared the previously saved data, you may select 'New game' from the opening menu and your new game will be started.
How does Litwick evolve in Pokemon Conquest?
In Pokémon Conquest, Litwick (after you have found a wild one in the Valora Kingdom and have successfully recruited it) you will be able to evolve it once its attack stat is at 94 and then it will start to attempt the process of evolving to Lampent and then you will need to equip a Dusk Stone to it in order to evolve it to Chandelure.
