- Install generator assembly to the position.
- Install generator assembly and tighten the fixing bolts to the specified torque. Torque: M 10 bolt: 41 N.m (30 lb ft) M 8 bolt: 21 N.m (15 lb ft)
- Connect wiring harness connector and direct terminal "B".
- Move drive belt tensioner to loose side using wrench, then install drive belt to normal position.
- Reconnect battery ground cable.

After 2 days of screwing with mine here is what I found: Open the hood There are 2 clips on top of the headlamp unit. Lift them. Pull the headlamp unit away from the vehicle. In back of the head lamp you will see a small round cover. Remove that cover and you should have access to the bulbs. Disconnect the wiring harness from the bulb. Remove the headlamp bulb by turning the socket counter clockwise. Install the replacement bulb by turning it clockwise. Re-assemble the headlamp.

Warning: This engine is an Interferance Engine and as such if the belt breaks serious engine damage will occur. Also the water pump is driven by the same belt. To save on future labor costs, replace the water pump at the same time you replace the belt. Considering the average driver is in severe conditions 90% of the time, I wouldn't say incorrect. Just a safe median.
