I was recently asked if I was interested in a 'Diversification' from our company ESOP. I am 60 Years old and plan to work, at least 3-5 mor years. I did an 'in-service' rollover about 4 years ago; it proved to be a bad decision. Is the Diversification a good or bad idea. (So far the ESOP has done much better than the stock market).
well i now that 120 is about the good weight a 12 year old girl so even if you are over weight don't feel bad =D
I am 13 years old and I used to weigh 170lbs. I was upset with myself. Noone liked me, all the boys never even used to talk to me. I had a couple of friends who then ditched me when they noticed that I was putting on weight. I was upset, I tried everything and my parents just laughed. It hurt to think that there was nothing I could do, everything I tried didn't work, or I wasn't allowed to do. I wanted to try pills because of what the resaults where on the internet. Then when my mom noticed how upset I was about my weight, she took me in to see my doctor. My doctor gave me some tips and I have finaly reached my goal of 110lbs. I feel great and I look great. I have new friends who are awesome and I have an amazing, cute, hot and sexy boyfriend. Here is my answer for you... No, weighing 151 pounds when you are 12 isn't too healthy, yes that is a bit over weight, but weighing 95 pounds at the age of 12 isn't healthy either. A healthy weight for a 12 year old girl is around the 108-120 mark. I would suggest, excersize alittle more, really push yourself in getting better, maybe even ask a friend to work with you. Eat healthier, lay off the chips and chocolate and have some strawberries and raspberries. If you don't like thay then try dipping them in melted DARK chocolate, this is still healthy. If you are going to have some chips or other junk, then only have a couple, just enough to satisfy your craving. Don't miss meals, eat until you are full. Not too full though. DO NOT try drugs and other pills, this is unhealthy and for a 12 year old, it is even worse. So, try my suggestions, and see what happens. It takes time but it is the healthest way and it is worth it. I wish you the best of luck. And remember to have fun.
If you mean you have a 20% kidney function then that is quite bad.
It means A near miss is just as bad as a wide miss-they are both bad!
