Indianapolis' current curfew law has the following restrictions: The 11 p.m. curfew applies to children 14 and under. 15-, 16- and 17-year olds may stay out until 11 p.m. on weekdays, but are able to stay out Friday and Saturday evenings until 1 a.m. The Indianapolis ordinance also includes a "parental permission exception" allowing a child to stay out after curfew. The curfew law does not apply when children are involved in church or school activities, accompanied by a parent, or guardian or when they are going to and from lawful employment.

In Indianapolis we have holidays that expect our children to be out at night, but on fourth of July, Holloween, and Christmas our usual policy is 12 o clock midnight that's the latest.
