If the drink has been purchased airside (after security) yes you can bring onboard. Otherwise no as you will not be able to bring through security. If you put the boxed drink into checked luggage, there will be no problem, so yes.

In the UK you can only take liquids in containers under 100M

This is due to the 10th August 2006. I know this as I was flying that day.

Only those that comply with the 3-1-1 rule: maximum 3-oz containers/ placed in a single quart-size ziplock bag/ per person. Flammable liquids are not permitted.

liquids can be carried on an airplane because of gravity if you hold a glass of water in your hand and do a loop de loop it wont spill.

You can have liquids in your checked luggage. You can also bring certain liquids as carry on luggage however they must pass TSA standards and be 3 ounces or less of liquid.
