it depends. Siberia is huge and Russia has vast forest lands. but if you are talking about density and size i would imagine Brazil would be the winner

Another way of looking at the question "Which country...has the maximum forest coverage" is to consider the actual percentage of land covered by forest in each country. Then, the answer would be Cook Islands, which is over 95 percent forest, followed by Suriname with over 90 percent. Seen this way, Brazil ranks around 16th in the world.
