sociology deals with social ,moral and human values. For engineer who has relation with not only machines but also have relation with operaters of the machines. Therefore it is very important to understand their problems,grivances ,welfare and security from all point of view. When human beings are well ared by their bosses than automatically out put of production will increasse,otherwise frausted labourers can not give their 100 % attention and devotion.
