Linda Brown Thompson is the "Brown" mentioned in the desegregation lawsuit "Brown vs. Topeka Board of Education", 1954. She was the little girl who was the daughter of a minister (Oliver Brown) who was one of the families recruited by the NAACP to attempt to register their children (African American) in White schools.
