Burning tires is bad because it releases toxic chemicals and pollutants into the air, causing severe health issues and environmental damage. It produces large amounts of harmful smoke containing particulates and carcinogens, contributes to air and water pollution, and emits greenhouse gases, exacerbating climate change. Additionally, tire fires are difficult to extinguish and pose significant fire hazards.
I don't think it is bad. A few months ago, the city landfill in Iowa City, Iowa caught fire. Millions (that's correct, millions) of tires burned for over a month. According to the U.S. government's EPA report, there was no change in air quality as a result of that month long tire burn.
Burning or throwing old used tires is a very bad and unhealthy idea. To properly dispose your tires, you can donate them to some facilities or perhaps recycle in recycling centers.

A burn out will ruin tires on race cars by burning up the rubber. The rubber of the tires will get worn from the friction of the pavement causing the tires to tear.
Bad tires and bad alignment can cause the car to shake at certain speeds.
My van has bad tires at front and better ones at rear, should wheel alignment be performed with bad tires?
whenever tires loose traction enough they will make a squeal
Burning rubber, or screeching the tires, and then accelerating.
Because they are generating too much friction and burning.
Misaligned axles, bad mounts on the tires, improperly inflated tires.
You could, but it would be more accurate with new tires.
It is not. That is why a lot of tire shops fill tires with only nitrogen.
