When was Fair Trade fortnight 2007?
Fairtrade Fortnight 2007 was held from 26 February - 11 March. It is an initiative spearheaded by the Fairtrade Foundation and mainly observed in the UK. Fairtrade Fortnight's purpose is to raise consumer awareness and understanding of the Fairtrade mark.

Although, The first attempts to make fair trade goods in Northern markets were initiated in the 1940s and 1950s by religious groups and various politically oriented non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Various attempts by different people came together and soon Fairtrade was formed.
