Solutions cause more problems than the original problem when the solution tries to address the problem as an isolated issue and not thought of as part of the overall system on a larger scale and the impacts of the so-called solution in the long run . So sometimes, the solution ends up causing unanticipated problems which could have easily been thought about and avoided if seen in a larger context .
