This is a very asinine question. Riots happen in First World countries, too. Most of them are small in comparison to what's going on the Middle East right now, but they happen. It was just a couple years ago that France experienced a wave of riots after two teens got electrocuted while hiding from police, and some of the more notorious of riots occurring in the US include the Los Angeles riots following Rodney King's trial, the Watts riots of 1968.. and just take a look at some of the examples on the related link.
