Historically, a "citizen" has referred to a legal resident of a country, who was either born there or became naturalized. Centuries ago, the word (which comes from the old French for 'someone who lives in a city') was also used to mean any person who lives in a city or town. But these days, "citizen" has a more specific meaning. It refers to the rights and privileges which are granted when a person has citizenship. For example, in the United States, a citizen is allowed to vote, run for office, and participate in the government.

A naturalized citizen is someone who was not born in a country but has gone through the legal process to become a citizen. A non-citizen is simply someone who is not a citizen of a particular country.
someone who immigrated to the U.S. from Another Country
I believe this refers to someone who holds citizenship in two countries. So, this could be someone who is a Turkish citizen as well as an American citizen (or some other country's citizen).

A British citizen - is someone born in the UK - in just the same way as a Kosovan is someone born in Kosovo. If you were born outside the UK, and migrated here - you are a 'naturalized citizen'. You are always a native of the country you were born in - moving to any other country makes you an immigrant. Having a NI number simply means you came here legally - instead of in the back of a lorry !
Now, I may be incorrect, but I am fairly confident that if you marry someone who is not a legal citizen of the country, and YOU are a legal citizen of the country, then he will be issued a green card, which grants him permanent resident status.
A citizen is someone who is legally recognized as a member of a particular country or community, usually having certain rights, responsibilities, and duties such as voting, paying taxes, and following the laws of that nation. Citizenship can be acquired through birth, descent, naturalization, or other lawful processes.
