Okay, So first a hobo travels the rails. That hobo also chooses to be that way. Some hobos want to walk across America and that is just what they are doing. A homeless man or woman has no home, while a hobo gave up their home. Also, a homeless got fired or cant afford his taxes. I am glad you asked this question.
