IT COULD BE A BREAKDOWN IN THE TIRE CORDS, HAVE A TIRE SHOP CHECK IT OUT. IT HAPPENED TO ME.
it is probably not tire noise. check the back sides of your tire by hand. feel for any knots or rough spots. if none, i suspect that one of your axle shafts is worn out and making the noise. if so take to shop and have replaced.
Could be a bearing going bad.
A bad tire weight can cause a rubbing noise on full left lock on your Honda Civic 1997. A bubble on the tire can also cause this.
Sounds like that are usually due to a breaking wheel bearing.
A flat tyre on the driver side?how about duct tape on the tire, or fender well is hitting tire.
What kind of noise and is it just one tire?
Bad Tire or wheel bearing, rotate the tires to the front if the noise follows its the tire if remains in rear its the wheel bearing
Irregular choppy wear in a tire, bad wheel bearing.
I think that's where the spare tire is kept, that where mine was.
