There isn't really a way to stop people cyber-bullying, because children have internet access at the click of their fingers. Schools should maybe use examples of people who have killed themselves. Amanda Todd is one of the most famous examples for teenagers in 2012. Instead of showing them acted videos with happy endings where the cyberbully gets arrested or caught, maybe they should show them videos where the victim commits suicide and that would scare them into not cyber-bullying people. Haha, sorry, that wasn't a very good answer.

Cut off all connections with the cyber bully, on social networking sites they can be blocked, you can block some phone numbers, delete their email addresses and change your own.. there are so many things to stop and prevent cyberbullying depending on which method is being used. and if it gets really bad, report them to the police.
Cyberbullying can lead to, in some cases, suicidal thoughts/actions in serious cases. Cyberbullying is just bullying with electronics. Sometimes when things get drastic bad things can happen if it goes too far.

Some things that can be done to prevent pedestrian accidents are, for example: decreasing speed for drivers or trying to get rid of dangerous crossings.
Report it to the appropriate authorities. Speak with the bully and tell them you will report them if the do not stop immediately. Speak with the person being bullied and give them your support.
