noise is an unpleasant sound(screaming, yelling,etc.)... music has a tune to it(singing).
2nd answer.
I think that this is a very hard question and is completely a matter of opinion. It is very hard to determine when music turns to noise and vice versa. Some people consider most popular music to be noise. Some others only consider heavier genres to be noise (like heavy metal, grunge, black metal, etc.). Some others mainly consider rap to be noise. Even some consider it noise when it is too "soft."
You could probably make a very general argument by saying that any type of sound that is organized and has some sense of musical structure may be considered music rather than noise. But then you would inevitably have to include serialism, which, although usually lacking any sense of standard tonality, can still be considered to be highly organized and very structured. And by trying to make this argument, you would then eliminate aleatoric music, which, although a large portion of this music (if not entire pieces) can be determined completely by chance (i.e. the roll of some dice), it is still considered by many to be music, non-the-less. This type of music could be considered by some to eliminate any argument that music is always made on purpose and with intent or even for the purpose of expression.
I believe that there is no possibility for a universal standard on what is music and what is noise and therefor it is completely determined by personal preference and opinion and is different from one person to the next.
Music is organized sound that is pleasing to the ear and often created with intent and structure, while noise is typically considered to be disorganized, unpleasant, or unwanted sound. Music is often composed of melody, harmony, rhythm, and dynamics, while noise lacks these elements and can be distracting or disruptive.
Music can be coined as structured, organized noise.
Music is organized sound that has melody, harmony, and rhythm, designed to create an aesthetic or emotional response. On the other hand, noise is random, disorganized sound that lacks musical structure or intention. Music is intentional and purposeful, while noise is often considered unwanted or disruptive.

Noise is defined as "a sound" on google definitions. Music is defined as a group of these sounds sequenced over time to produce any idea. So music is made of noise, aka organized sound.
The music you like can be played a bit louder, because you know that is good sound. The music your neigbor is playing is always bad noise and is always too loud.
Noise and music both involve the production of sound waves through vibration, but they differ in their organization and structure. Music is typically organized and patterned to create harmonious and pleasant sounds, while noise lacks this intentional organization and may be perceived as chaotic or disruptive. Ultimately, the distinction between noise and music is subjective and dependent on individual perception.
Expressive use of noise within a musical context is noise music. In general, noise music may consist of characteristics such as improvisation, extended technique, cacophony, and indeterminacy.
Noise is any unwanted, often unorganized or disturbing sound. Music a usually pleasant pattern of tones. Music is available in many different styles. People who are used to one group of musical styles may find another grouping of styles to be unpleasant and thus noise for them.
