I would like to inform you on how the public services make our society liveable. The public services do hundreds of jobs with very little support and help from the public.
Your tax payer's money does many very important jobs such as it pays for the armed forces to protect use from any other countries trying to invade ours, invading any of our allies, attacking UK citizens, UK companies or any other UK interests not only do they do all that they also help and support in defenses, fighting, peace-keeping, deterrence and they always help when they can in any rescue missions and humanitarian work.
It also pays for the police services they help the public. They do so many jobs like improving community relations, preventing crimes and when they do happen they help in solving them and fighting crime in various ways, they also reassure and help the public, they help out with organisations to keep society peaceful and orderly and finally the police help in major and miner disasters and emergencies. We would not be able to go on with our normal lives without the police by our side.
The fire and rescue do a very important job in out community they put out fires help in accidents and disasters.
The ambulance service and the NHS do so many things they save millions of lives by helping with acute illnesses, disasters also any routine illness the public may have. They give primary care, transport to hospital and back to there homes they take action in disasters and emergencies and finally they deal with general sickness. All of there services are free.
Tax evasion, smuggling, people, weapons and drugs trafficking and cross-border crime are just some of the responsibilities of her majesty's revenue and customs they support the community by collecting taxes and excise duties(tobacco, petrol ect.).
Your money pays for the prison services they punish criminals, protect the public by keeping criminals in custody.
The mountain rescue saves people from injury or even death on the mountains they support advise walkers and climbers; search and rescue.
Immigration and nationality directorate they stop uncontrolled immigration in the UK, control the inflow of people, process asylum seekers and 'economic migrants'
Maritime and coastguard agency they try to help with the threat of danger at sea, pollution and smuggling the maritime and coast guard ensure safety for all users of the sea inshore waters; environmental work; help to coordinate rescues; protect the coastline.
Probation service they stop the threat of offenders in the society and support work with offenders to try and reduce reoffending.
