Jupiter does not have a solid surface on which a crater could form.
A civilization is a group of people that live together. A tribe or empire could be a civilization or a city or country could be a civilization.
Nothing. People will never be able to live on Jupiter. Jupiter is a GAS giant. It does not have a solid surface, or if it does, it's because of the exotic amount of pressure at its core which causes the light gas molecules to transition to liquid and then solid. We do not have the technology to create a hollow vessel that could withstand that amount of pressure. If we could, no human within could withstand the pressure needed to keep the vessel from collapsing.
Creating a civilization on Mercury would be extremely challenging due to its harsh conditions, such as extreme temperatures and lack of atmosphere. The lack of resources like water and breathable air would make it difficult for humans to establish a sustainable settlement on the planet. Overall, it is not currently feasible to create a civilization on Mercury with our current technology and understanding.
Jupiter is a gas giant planet and has essentially no solid surface so no people could live on Jupiter. If Jupiter were magically a solid planet with earth's gravity, climate and resources but the size of the real planet Jupiter, it cold probably support 100 times as many people as the Earth currently does.
With sufficiently advanced technology, it would be possible for people to live on Jupiter, or more precisely, to live in the atmosphere of Jupiter - the surface of Jupiter is under excessively high atmospheric pressure, so it would be more feasible to live in huge floating balloons or zeppelins. However, the planet Jupiter is very cold, the atmosphere is not breathable, and everything considered, it is a very inhospitable place for people to try to live. People are much more likely to be interested in living on the moons of Jupiter, rather than on Jupiter itself. Still, I could see a scientific mission to Jupiter, just to do research.
When people began to grow crops and domesticate animals they lived together in groups. Soon because they were better fed and they could protect each other they began to form government and religion. As soon as there was time to do other things than hunt for food they could also create art, build buildings, and create a society. Soon they were trading with others and exchanging ideas, art, food, and legends. Civilizations began to form. With civilization came kingdoms, governments, and wars that invaded and conquered others.
if jupiter were hallow around 11 earths could fit in jupiter

It would be extremely challenging to create a space station that could be inhabited within Jupiter, as the planet's extreme atmospheric conditions, such as high pressure, temperature, and radiation, would make it nearly impossible for humans to survive there for an extended period of time. Additionally, the lack of a solid surface on Jupiter would pose significant engineering challenges for constructing a habitat.
You could walk. It's only a short distance.
People survived in Antarctica before civilization by hunting and gathering. the people who lived in Antarctica could have obviously NOT grown crops or plants to eat because of the cold temperature.
