acrylic nails aren't that bad for your nails they work really good if u wanna break the habit of biting them but.. after you have them on for a long time they make your nails really thin... and just to do the simplest tasks can make your nails bleed. ^ false. Keeping acrylic nails on will not make your nails thin. You must keep up with fills every 2-3 weeks and take care of your nails. ( don't use them as tools, don't bite them off, etc)

I am a 15 year old boy and have been wearing acrylic nails since my 11th birthday. I really love them my nails are currently an inch and a quarter long and painted a deep red.
