Its actually really easy. First pull out the arm. Then, You just have to pry off the back cover. I wore gloves and used a knife to separate it from the watch. Once you get that off remover the little plastic ring. Also there is a little metal arm holdin the battery in place. Softly slide it out of the way and battery will come right out. Its a little tricky to get the battery back in but isn't a big deal. Then just replace plastic and press the back cover back on. Then set time and push arm back in.
