CBC and ESR can be run off of a EDTA tube. CMP and VANC may require two separate tubes depending on hospital policy. CMP is usually run off of a green top (Lithium Heparin) tube and I'm not sure on the VANC tube.

Apparently it does not display resistance in vitro but I've had three courses of vanc already and it still comes back...in fact it hasn't even stopped this time. I am starting to wonder.

You have to take a ferry. There is one in tswassen that will take you right to Victoria or there si one in Horshoe Bay (West Vancouver) that will take you to Nanimo and you would need to drive the rest of the way to Victoria.
