They steal the Sybmarine after you defeat Winnona. You must fly back to Slateport and enter the dock to see it happen. You will not be able to prevent it, but you must chase Team Magma for it.

kratos would easlly destroy everyone in legend of zelda first off zeuses thunder bolt whiped out all of the titans invading mt olypus in god of war 3 in 1 blow that has the power of an expoation big enough to whipe out a city . kratos takes many of those shots in his MORTAL form. let alone in his god form his gaint form and his rage form. zeuses also banished all of the titans from the earth with 1 blow to the ground with the blade of olyimpus. derect attacks would be even stronger. kratos is stronger than zeus and god kratos is stronger than that. thats why zeus was so scared of him in god of war 2 let alone gaint rage gad kratos with all of his power in the blade. its slashes would shatter counteints. on top of that he is nigh immortal (he keeps crawling out of tartarus he can only permentlly die IN tartarus. he also is the god of war who has all of ares powers just WAY more powerfull. he can clap his hands and make firey nuclear exploadions just even stronger than ares created other demmions and more.
