First off, I think I know where you are going with this question. A simple and a HELPFUL answer would be to not even try to reproduce one. A hospital writes so many scripts that every pharmacy in that area know there design. Many of the prescriptions are computer generated with specific markings that are nearly impossible to duplicate. If you just happen to be curious for some reason as stated most are computer generated and a DR.'s DEA number must be on any prescription that is for a controlled substance-meaning for pain medication or Xanax or any kind of speed like medication and the quantity is usually not for more than 20 or 30 pills at most, just enough to hold you until you can get in and see your primary doctor. I hope this helps but if you do have intensions of trying to duplicate a hospitals RX and get caught you can face federal criminal charges. NOT WORTH MESSING WITH.
