Gloss will be a function of the formulation ingredients. Most starting point formulations call for PVC resin @ 100 phr, Stabilizer @ 1.25 phr, Acrylic modifier @ 6-10 phr, GCC (1-2 micron) @ 5-10 phr, P Aid @ 1.25 phr, TiO2 @ 5 phr, Ca. Stearate @ 1.5 phr, Ox. PE Wax @ 0.5 phr, and colorant as needed. You will need to adjust your ingredient levels to get go processing, but this will get you started. Some formulators use EBS and paraffin waxes, along w/ the lubricants listed above to tailor fusion to their machine.
This must be processed at adequate temperatures, achieving good fusion, to insure good physical properties and high gloss. 60 degree gloss of about 95-98 can be expected.

PHR stands for "parts per hundred resin" and is a common way to express the amount of additive in a polymer formulation. It represents the weight ratio of an additive to the total weight of the resin in the formulation. For example, if you have 3 parts per hundred resin of an additive, it means there are 3 units of that additive for every 100 units of resin in the formulation.

PHR also known as Personal Health Record is a file/record that helps maintain health information and data of the patients. One thing that distinguishes a PHR from an EHR is that the former is maintained by the patient itself. However, the later is maintained by the provider or the physician. PHRs were introduced so that the patients can have complete and comprehensive, online, access to their records. This would help improve the quality of care and also result in lower overheads for both the provider and the patient.

If you have difficulty counting the letters in a long word like phragelliorhynchus, there are ways to make it easier.
--Copy it out and leave a space between every two or three letters, then multiply, adding the last ones separately if necessary. Or just count them, now that they aren't all pushed together.
ph ra ge ll io rh yn ch us (2x9=18)
phr age lli orh ync hus (3x6=18)
If it is printed on paper, draw a line between the letters: phr/age/lli/orh/ync/hus, and then count.

PHR certification is going to set you apart in an interview by indicating that you are proficient in the HR core body of knowledge... I highly recommend it. Now, that being said, it DOES NOT have to be a huge investment of cash, time yes, cash no. SHRM and HRCI will of course tell you the best way to learn is to buy THEIR BOOKS, from a thirty dollar intro book from HRCI to hundreds of dollars on the SHRM Learning System... here's the deal.... if you can discipline yourself to study ONE BOOK and use an interactive CD, you can pass your certification test for about $350. This is what I did.... I bought a PHR/SPHR study book by Anne Bogardus, the 2009 version.... it comes with interactive CD - has pretest, prep tests and flashcards.... this was around $50.00 on half.com. $300 is your testing fee. That's it. I studied the ONE BOOK and use the CD that came with, putting in about 40-50 hours of study (the amount of hours increase or decrease with your area of expertise, general HR exposure and test taking ability)... I passed my first try. I am not saying this is easy breezy, it shouldn't be, but I put the work in, with little cost, and passed. Don't be fooled into spending big bucks, Best of Luck!

One of the factors that I found missing in many healthcare solution providers providing online doctor service is that we can talk to a specific doctor in limited keywords. But many new health care start-ups are resolving this by providing a board where you can share your PHR with many doctor's at a time. Mediklik is one among them providing such facility.
