100% 270, i couldn't be happier with mine, ive shot over 50 deer, ranging from 20-250 yards with my old 270.
It depends on what kind of brand the guns have I have a 270 Winchester which I have shot but i personally love the 30-06 because the grains have all sorts of killing power. As the 125 grain for whitetail and mulies while the 150 for elk and antelope and the 180 for bigger game such as black bear, grizzly bear, and buffalo.
