The Rev. Sun Myung Moon is the founder of the Unification church and his followers are known as Moonies as far as I know.

I'm from Santa Barbara. There are many religions here--more than I can think of. Most of the major ones. Fortunately, the Moonies have left here. Historically, Roman Catholicism dominated here.

Oh honey, you're looking for a freebie, huh? Well, I can't endorse piracy, but I can tell you that streaming services like Hulu or Crunchyroll might have what you're looking for. Just remember, support the creators so they can keep making magical girl anime for all us moonies to enjoy.

The only time the word "Christian" appears in the New Testament beyond Acts is in: 1 Peter 4:16 - Yet if anyone suffers as a Christian, let him not be ashamed, but let him glorify God in this matter. (NKJV) "Christian" was originally meant to be derogatory, comparable to modern terms like "Moonies." This is why Peter urged followers of Christ not to be shamed by having the name applied to them. The most common scriptural term used for the followers of Jesus (looking only at the books following Acts) is "saints," which is used nearly 60 times.

"Worst" is a subjective term, but I can name some of the most famous cult leaders. By "cult", I mean any religeous sect that is not widely accepted by mainstream society or that have gained a noteriety in the media -- no judgment call is being made here.
Reverend Jim Jones led his followers of the "People's Temple" to a mass suicide in Jonestown, Guyana. Over 900 of his followers drank poisoned soft drinks at his behest.
Charles Manson led his followers in a murderous rampage at a Hollywood Party in the 1960's. Many of his followers stuck with him throughout his trial and conviction.
David Koresh was leader of the Branch Davidians in Waco, Texas during a highly controversial and bloody raid by the FBI and ATF.
Anton LaVay founded the Church of Satan and Lavayan Satanism which believed not in a literal Satan, but in tapping the fears of Christianity's belief in Satan.
Sun Myong Moon founded the Unification Church whose followers were derogatorally called "Moonies." It was widely seen as a thinly veiled scam to steal money from the naive.
Many modern religeons were once considered cults but are gaining acceptance in mainstream society (some to a greater extent than others), such as Mormons, Hare Krishnas, Christian Scientists, Jehovahs Witnesses, and Unitarian Universalists. Some say that most religeons began as cults, but I can't factually answer to that point.

Answer 1
Although only half of South Koreans profess an organized religion, sociologists consider the society to be very religious. Most of those who are non-affiliated practice syncretism in regards to the other faiths. The urban and more educated sectors are the most religious, with rural areas practicing more syncretic beliefs and usually being classified as non-religious. Among those who do affiliate with an organized religion, the majority accept Christianity (49%). There's a considerable Buddhist population too (35%), and a small Islamic population (<10%).
Also, South Korea sends out the second most Christian missionaries in the world (after the US).
Answer 2
I don't believe South Korea has one religion that is the most common. It is a hodgepodge. While Protestant Christianity is growing, it only is accepted by 20% of the population. It does do well in the cities. 11% of the Population are Catholics and 25% are some kind of Buddhist. Another 20% are not particularly religious, but do follow some traditional Buddhist customs and accept some of the precepts of Confucius. Another 2% belong to the Moonies or some other cult. The remainder are secular, atheist and agnostic and so don't have a recognized Religion.

*WHAT WILL YOU DO WITHOUT INTERNET,
TV AND MOBILE PHONES*
In a world without computers you would miss them from the first second in the morning until the last minute of your day.
The first thing is the company. Today these guys use the computer to do everything inside the company. They use the computer to communicate with the exterior and with the people inside the company, they use the computer to calculate their profits and to make plans for the future, they also calculate all the costs they will have today, tomorrow, next week and so on, and they also use the computer to store all this information. how could they live without the computer?
They would have to do it all manually like the did in the past, plus they would have to make sure they would not make a single mistake because it could mean serious trouble if you changed one number for another value in the money, a serious mistake could even send you to jail. Now is that good for a company? Of course not.
The hospital would take another big hit. Probably the biggest hit of all. The hospital would miss all it's most important features like advanced machinery to diagnose the patients, it would also miss a lot of other features like digital hospital management to control the flow of the patients, to control the flow of the money, to control the temperature and to control almost everything.
Even people at home would miss the computer a lot. Today teens use the computer for all their communications and the computer must be always present in their lives, else they are in great trouble. The more you use the computer the more your life depends on it.
If tomorrow the computer ceased to exist I am sure a lot of people would not be able to restart their lives once again.
History has shown that technological changes - the wheel, the printing press, the telephone - can revolutioniseVerb 1. revolutionise - fill with revolutionary ideas
revolutionize, inspire
indoctrinate - teach doctrines to; teach uncritically; "The Moonies indoctrinate their disciples"...

Very good question actually.
There has already been 5 seasons and many hope for a 6th-- as do I
but that's all up to Naoko Takeuchi the creator... She has all rights.
Right now sailor moon is coming back globally but as for a new season.. it's possible..
Many Moonies have made trailers of a new season but there is no offical word-- although it's in talks.
As for a new Sailor moon SERIES all together-- maybe.
Maybe they'll have it like sailor moon next generation and have it be like sailor mini moon focused...
who knows.

Baptist churches have a lot of lee-way to determine their own liturgy. No two Baptist churches are alike. Based on what I've read, about 50 percent of United States Baptists are fundamentalists or very conservative evangelicals (these would include the Independent Fundamental Baptists and the Southern Baptists). Most of the rest are moderate evangelicals, with a few theological liberals located mainly in the northeastern United States. Most Baptists, regardless of their place on the liberal-conservative spectrum, celebrate communion once a month. The communion service is identical to regular services, except it has communion at the end. The communion is usually distributed on plates to the seated members of the congregation by the deacons. Wine (usually unfermented, alcohol-free grape beverage) is distributed in small cups in the same manner.
Fundamentalist Baptists tend to have a rationalistic approach to spiritual questions, seeking to interpret the Bible as simply as possible. As a result, they usually say that the communion is a purely symbolic act done "in remembrance" of Christ. (They are often called "Biblical literalists," but this is a misnomer, since fundamentalists have many allegorical interpretations of Scripture - as a rule, they seek to interpret the Bible as the original writers intended it, which allows for poetic and allegorical interpretation where the passages are plainly such. Critics of fundamentalism do note, however, that they often miss ancient figures of speech.) More moderate Baptists may allow that there is something mystical about the presence of Christ in the bread and wine, but are usually unwilling to define it in any dogmatic way. The focus is on the meal as a memorial to Christ. There is nothing equivalent to the Catholic understanding that Christ is sacrificed in the guise of the bread and the wine, and the minister performing the communion service is not understood as a priest offering sacrifice, as he is in the Catholic Church. This is because Baptists believe that each and every Christian has a personal relationship with God, and is therefore a "priest," regardless of whether they've been ordained to the role of presbyter.
Most Baptists allow any Christian from other Trinitarian churches to partake in their communion, as long as the Christian trusts Christ as Lord and Savior. This is in accord with their understanding that the "Church" is not a specific human institution, but the world-wide community of true believers whose membership is ultimately known only to God. Some fundamentalist Baptists, however, may practice closed communion. Mormons, Jehovah's Witnesses, Unitarians, Christadelphians, Moonies, Christian Scientists, and other non-trinitarian groups are not generally regarded as "Christians" by most Baptists, so communion would not be knowing offered to members of these groups.
It should be noted that many "non-denominational" churches are identical to Baptist churches in doctrine and many have Baptist roots, so this answer also applies to most of them. (Prominent examples include Willow Creek Community Church in the metro-Chicago area and Saddleback Church in California.) Increasing numbers of moderate evangelical Baptists are dropping the term "Baptist" from their names, often choosing names like "Community Church" or "<placename> Church." They are doing this because the fundamentalists and Southern Baptists have engaged in aggressive political action and confrontational evangelism, which have given many Americans the impression that all Baptists are combative right-wing partisans. There is also a growing ecumenical awareness and erasing denominational boundries between most Protestants, so denominational identity is no longer regarded as important by many. As a result, the best expressions of the Baptist faith are often not labeled "Baptist" at all, but present themselves as "non-denominational."

* Think about it. Where would there be enough cows to produce enough milk to make a cheese that big? * There would be on another planet somewhere in the multiverse. * Yet I wonder if they actually use cows there ... * Everyone knows the moon isn't made out of cheese, I mean come on, it's the moon we're talking about. * Alien farmers. * OH YEAH DEFINITELY in fact. * NO. * I went there on Tuesday, and I got the best cheese! You should go there some time ... in fact I have a beach house up there for rent! Perfect! * NO. * Really? Can I get in on that? Who's your real estate agent? Please tell me!
* *SNORT* -- Cows producing milk, multiverses, alien farmers, how could anyone believe this? * YES IT IS POSSIBLE. * Do i want to? * Oh yeah the real estate agent for it: 1-800-BUY-MOON * The moon is not made of cheese, i mean get real!
* I just went to the moon to harvest some tasty cheese it was awesome! Just kidding! * If the moon was made of cheese I think scientists and the government would soon tell us. And the right answer to this question is NO, the moon is not made of cheese! * Of course...that's why they call it the moo-oon! * You are all wrong, the moon is really just a big cheesy ball of white cheddary goodness. * Watch Wallace and Gromits ' Grand Day Out'; all your questions will be answered.
* :: grin:: We should -so- have a fun 'conspiracy theories' section. * It was discovered in the early 1970's that moon rocks retrieved by the Apollo astronauts were mostly composed of silicate material, but a little less than half of them, appearing as white lumps of dry material, were comprised of lactose, glucose, galactose, nonvolatile acids, some free fatty acids, diacetyl, and acetoin. An organic chemist at NASA was quick to realize that these were key components of goat cheese, and experiments immediately commenced with applying moisture and microbes to complete the transformation of lunar material into cheese.
Using a simple isocratic HPLC method this chemist was able to accurately predict the time which would be required to ripen lunar cheese, about 2 years. Slightly different microbial organisms were used in the experiments, with the best and fastest results going to Streptococcus thermophilus, popular for Italian cheeses.
However, the process of converting the basic lunar ingredients into cheese was, at that time, laborious, time-consuming, and very expensive. Therefore, NASA did not initially propose any further lunar missions for cheese harvesting purposes.
NASA geologists now propose that the source of the raw material was probably an incredibly large herd of goats from the constellation Capricorn. One of the stars there went "supernova" about 4.8 billion years ago, they theorize, destroying the great herd of goats and scattering the milk through the galaxy, and helping to create new space bodies, such as our moon.
Neil Armstrong and his ex-wife Janet and their two sons were the first humans ever to taste 'Lunar Mozzarella', in a lasagna that Janet baked, five years after the first lunar rocks were returned to earth. * Thirteen years after these initial findings, it was determined by an independent research team working under the National Defense Readiness Industries Council that advances in space flight and chemical processing could allow for harvesting and processing of Lunar Cheese Base Elements (LunCase) at a significantly lower cost than cheese could be produced by American dairy farmers.
After an exhaustive set of situation analysis projections, it was feared that re-tooling the American Cheese Industry could backfire substantially in the event that a future war siphoned resources from LunCase harvesting operations, and terrestrial farmers in the U.S. were no longer prepared to produce cheese on the levels that the American market demanded. This would, it was feared, leave the U.S. unacceptably dependent on foreign markets for cheese supplies during war-time.
After much top level deliberation, the plan was scrapped, and the NSA consumed all remaining LunCase capable moon-rock in a top secret pizza and fondue party held at a suspected safe house and front known as Luigi's Pizza in Greenbelt, MD., midway between CIA and NSA headquarters. * OF COURSE IT'S TRUE! That's what flying saucers are all about. It's the Moonies bringing their cheese to Earth and selling it at flea markets.
THAT'S WHAT'S WRONG WITH THE ECONOMY! All our hard-earned dollars are ending up on the Moon.

Baptism (or 'Christening') of a child is the sacrament whereby the child is welcomed into the Christian church worldwide, and not into any particular denomination. One is not baptised a 'Catholic' a 'Methodist' or an 'Anglican'. One is baptised a Christian. Some denominations practice baptism of children (most notably Catholics), some only have adult baptism (Baptists) and some baptise both (Anglicans, Methodists). Some denominations do not have baptism at all (eg Salvationists) but have their own welcoming ceremony instead. So it makes not a scrap of difference whether or not your child is baptised a Catholic or an Anglican (despite what your Catholic priest might say!) - one is baptised into the Christian Church first and foremost. (Note that the only problem would come if the church into which they were baptised wasn't orthodox Christian - such as the Mormon Church, but that was not the question posed by the asker). So, if a member of any Christian denomination says that his or her baptism ceremony is more valid that anyone elses is not only telling an untruth, but going against all that Jesus himself taught. Baptism of your child into the Christian Church is what is important. The style of service that is used is a matter of personal preference but comes a very poor second. The main problem with Catholic baptism is that the Roman Catholic church considers itself the one, true, church (cf the Pope's statement earlier in 2008) - as do, of course, the Mormons, Moonies, and Jehovah's Witnesses (who is right then??). This is despite the heresies that the Catholic Church maintains, including purgatory, limbo, praying to saints, over-adulation of the Virgin Mary, celibacy of the priesthood and the infallibility of the Pope, as just a few examples, none of which are scriptural, and many of which are actually condemned (such as contacting the dead by praying to dead saints) by the Bible and stated in the Bible as abhorent to God. The Catholic excuse that these doctrines have been 'revealed' through tradition (similar to the heretical doctrines that have crept into, by revelation' what we regard nowadays as sects, and, if not based on the Bible and what scripture teaches, can be regarded as no more than vain invention by man). There is even a movement in the Catholic Church of making Mary 'co-redemptrix' with Jesus - ie also responsible for Human salvation, which goes contrary to all the Bible teaches. The Catholic Church, whilst still maintaining the arrogant view that it is still the 'one, true' church despite all these heresies and more, regards all other churches as other 'religions' despite the fact that the Catholic church is as far removed from the original Christian Church as many of the most heretical sects thoughout the last 2000 years. Thus, the Catholic Church will regard, wrongly, that baptism into the Catholic Church is the only true baptism, and that all true baptism is really Catholic baptism, despite the fact that other denominations practice valid baptism into the worldwide Christian Church. Baptism is a sacrament given to us and instituted by our Lord Jesus Christ, and not invented by the Catholic Church. So, what is important is baptism per se, not baptism in any particular denomination of church. Therefore for any deomination to suggest that its baptism is 'better' or 'more valid' or 'truer' than any other, or that its baptism is the baptism of the 'true' church is actually the height of arrogance, contrary to scripture, and rather abhorrent to God. === === You can have your child baptized in the Catholic Church provided you supply Catholic godparents who will raise the child according to the Catholic Faith. The Catholic Church believes in only one baptism: any valid baptism is a Christian baptism and since the Catholic Church identifies itself as the true Christian Church, any valid baptism is a Catholic baptism, regardless of the minister - even an atheist or someone in horrible mortal sins can validly baptize another in an emergency, and this baptism makes the soul a member of the Church. Thus every person who is validly baptized is baptized Catholic, regardless of minister or denomination and as such, the baptized is obliged to learn true Christian doctrine, the repository of which is contained in the Catholic Church of which the ministers have both the orders and authority to teach it. Contrary to the above position, it does matter in which Church one is baptized for if it is not in the true Church the child will grow up and lose the sanctifying grace supplied by the baptism by absorbing the religion that has taken the sacrament outside of the Church and learning heretical doctrines. As well, the means to grow and regain grace should it be lost through sin, that is the other sacraments, can only be provided by a validly ordained minister, and these will not be accessible to that soul.
