I think so, because on the Christmas Episode of Spongebob when it was their very first Christmas, Squidward was the only one who didn't come out and join them. Apart from on Christmas when Spongebob made him a present so he wouldn't feel left out, but he assumed it to be aload of rubbish like a jellyfish net or an old krabby patty. It was actually a gold clarinet with his name on it, and a button to push. Spongebob realised that Santa was not real and Squidward was right, so he took his Christmas decorations down, but Squidward decided to pose as Santa as he felt guilty. This made Spongebob too excited, and he never actually got his present because Gary Carried him away.

I still think Squidward probably is the moaniest person in Bikini Bottom because I'd guess that the real Santa would be friendlier, because Squidward got impatient without thinking about it when Spongebob couldn't see where some of the Santa laughter was coming from, and he said, "UP HERE YOU DUNCE", but then he said, "I mean, Merry Christmas little boy".
