If you are also wearing lipstick and lipliner, first: 1.find a lipliner that is a shade lighter then your lipstick. 2. Don't use it to draw the shape of your mouth, use it to accentuate the shape, perhaps by increasing the height of your cupid's bow a little and by filling in any bumps in your lip outline. 3. Apply a thin layer of lipstick to your lips, making sure it etends dlightly inside your mouth and covers all of the lip up to the lipliner. 3. Purse your lips to spread the lipstick around evenly. Apply anothe coat. 4. Wipe off any excess lipstick around the lipline. Blot the lips on a paper towel. 5. If wanted, apply a little gold dust to your cupids bow to make your lips seem fuller. Only apply a little, it should be unnoticeable. 6. Apply a clear or tinted lipgloss evenly over your lips. Purse your lips and pout to spread it around.

The general rule to minimizing certain features is to maximize others. This places more emphasis on other parts and creates the illusion of smaller lips. However, you can also create smaller lips with the power of makeup. Use lipliner to line your "new" lip. Then, use concealer to lighten the red tones of your lips that extend past the lipliner. The concealer will take out most of the lip colour and will be a good base for the foundation. Pick a foundation shade closest to your natural skin colour. Apply it to the area that is concealed, as well as throughout the entire face to even it. Finally, you can wear either lip gloss or lipstick to finish off the look, and you're done!

A chonga is a girl that has a bad attitude and wears big hooped earrings. They also wear tight jeans and are USUALLY Cuban. They wear lipliner almost 24/7 and wear tight hairstyles usually held with a lot of gel. Hialeah, Florida is where you would commonly find them. Tight, short clothing is their favorite and they speak with an exaggerated Cuban accent.

Both are equally really good brands. I have products from both Estee Lauder and Elizabeth Arden..it just depends on what you're looking for. For me, the best foundation in the world is Estee Lauder Double wear. But then I have tried Lauder bronzer and have found that Elizabeth Arden's bronzer duo is unbeatable. Another product from Arden that I couldn't live without is their lipliner in taupe....best colour. I like eye shadows from both..I can't pick which one is best. As for lipsticks and glosses....they are equal too. I also love Clinique's blush and eyeshadow.

First off, at 13 years young, your pretty the way you are (not to be disrespectful but image yourself at older ages such as 50, 80, etc and compare to age 13). If you want to enhance your features:

Use makeup (only certain amounts).

Eyeshadow brings out your eye color.

Lip gloss makes your lips colorful/shiny.

Mascara makes your lashes longer.

Blush makes your cheekbones look bigger and gives your cheeks color.

Eyeliner/Lipliner makes your lips/eyes pop out more.

Matching clothing colors to eye colors make your eyes stand out.

Wear cute clothes/accessories.

It is all a matter of opinion though.

First put on a foundation a little darker than your skin color than put on a heavy layer of pink blush on your cheek bones than out line your eyes with a dark eyeliner put on a bright eyeshadow that coordinates with your outfit if you have fake eyelashes than put them on or curl your lashes and and two layers of mascara to the top and bottom lashes outline your lips in red or hot pink lipliner then lipstick in the same color then a shiny top coat of the same coat add sparkles to your whole face you can even you use eyelash glue to glue craft rhinestones to the side of your eyes now you re ready for the stage! :)

How people wear their eyeliner is very personal, everyone has different styles and this is no exception. Personally i like to wear it on my top and bottom waterline for daytime and at night i also add ticks and put it under my eye as well. But there are different ways of wearing eyeliner to create different effects for example if you have small eyes you can give the illusion of bigger eyes by wearing little eye make up and go easy on colors that are too dark as these will keep the eyes looking open.

I think that if you just pile on a lot of mascara, eyeliner, bright lip gloss, and a lot of vibrant eyeshadow, that should do the trick. Try wearing lots of foundation (enough to make you look tangoed) and wear some massive gold hooped earings (preferably fake). ==Another Answer== I just wanted to expand the previous answer a little. Yes, you should wear loads of lipgloss but make sure to put on loads of lipliner first in a much darker color. Also, wear a metallic padded bomber jacket and back comb the front of your hair, while piling the rest onto a pony tail on top of your head. A pram with a few multi-ethnic babies would be compulsory, with names like jermaine, scarlet, and britney. You should NEVER forget the huge hooped earrings, and various other items of showy bling.

Well different people do their makeup differnet ways... But usually the eye makeup (eyeliner, mascara, eye shadow) goes on the eye area,(The mascara goes on the eye lashses). The lip makep like lipgloss, lipstick, and lipliner, go on your lips... Its not that difficult, just look at pictures with people wearing makeup (magazines) and you'll get the idea. The colors and tones of the things you would wear also depend on your skin tone and the color of your eyes, etc.

ACTUALLY

In my expierience i vote for the most. Heavy foundation works wonders as it creats the fake effect. Clumpy mascara and wonky eyeliner looks good along with foundation lips + heavy pink blusher. The best makeup to use would be the non-clunky Mac Makeup .

There are several solutions to this problem - first you must address your oily skin, you can buy quite cheaply mattifying moisturisers and additionally blotting sheets for your face that will absorb any excess oil on the surface (this can be used prior to makeup application or at anytime throughout the day). To prevent your makeup smudging I would recommend purchasing a good translucent powder to seal your foundation and concealer - to prevent eye liner smudging make sure you seal the line with a matching eye-shadow colour - to prevent lipstick from bleeding or smudging, line your lips with a matching lipliner (or one a shade darker) and seal with a lipstick sealant like Lipcote. Carry a compact powder in your handbag and reapply the powder as a sealant, there are many manufacturers of makeup that do a line of powders specially designed for oily skin! So go shopping, missus.

Well you don't want to go overboard because it will annoy older kids who've waited a while to wear as much makeup as they do.

A list of suitable suitable for your age would include:

- A light, powder foundation

- A light blush (you're still quite young, maybe only on special occassions and picture day)

- Mascara (either clear or basic black)

- Light pencil eyeline (again maybe only on special occassions and stick to neutral colours black, brown, grey etc.)

- Lipgloss

Stear clear of these:

- Eyeshadow (it will make you look to cakey and will probably scare the guys your age)

- Liquid eyeliner (it is very hard to control and comes out quite strongly)

- Lipstick and lipliner (these will make you look fake, besides your lips most likely havent fully formed yet so you probably don't want to draw all the attention to them)

-Eyebrow pencils

-False eyelashes

- And any really dark, heavy or excessive makeup

There is no such thing as a 'dermalogist'. It is a fictional name used by Ronald Dante who was later convicted of 10 of 11 counts of criminal contemp filed against him and his company in 1997. The fictional title has also been associated with fast-track mass training of permanent cosmetics. quote from http://www.ftc.gov/opa/1997/11/scofflaw.shtm The government's action against Dante stemmed from a February 1990 case in which the FTC alleged that Dante, doing business as the Perma-Derm Academy and the American Dermalogy Association, misrepresented both the training he provided at his "permanent makeup" workshops and the certification he awarded to attendees. According to the complaint, Dante misrepresented that students enrolled in the workshops, upon completion of the course, would: (1) be competent in applying permanent makeup -- a form of tattooing such things as eyeliner and lipliner -- and receive valuable credentials; (2) be able to apply permanent makeup legally in the state in which they reside without state regulations or restrictions; and (3) earn at least or up to $500 an hour.

Use a light color or translucent loose powder instead of creamy foundation. A peach color blush would also look natural. But why would you put makeup on a 12 year old?

the 12 year old is already beautiful...it's better if u don't.it can damage your skins when you grow older.

Some 12 year olds actually need makeup...if she's got a pigmentation problem where she's got blotches on her face, the other kids can be really cruel.

Mousse foundation has always been really reliable on preteens. Minerals haven't been out that long but they'd be good, tinted moisturizer is good, and powder foundations are also good.

As far as blush goes, here's a little trick I picked up a long time ago. Hold your hand out so your thumb is separated from your fingers. Lay her index finger in the vee, then very gently--almost no pressure at all--squeeze her finger. Her fingertip will get a little darker. Whatever shade it turns is the best blush shade for her.

Use soft pink lipstick or tinted lip gloss. No lipliner.

As for her eyes...this is expensive stuff but Lancome's Latte and Nutmeg, or Clinique's Champagne (or Beige Shimmer) and Buff, would be wonderful on a young person. Just do a real light wash of color--nothing heavy.

And the fewer of these variations a face has, the more attractive it is perceived. Makeup evens skin tone and contouring, eyeliner and lipliner also can make those features appear more symmetrical. Makeup is an effective tool to appear more biologically attractive.

The best make-up for blondes is natural, just like with any other hair colour.

Try starting with some foundation to match your tone, skin type and the look you are aiming at;

so, powder minerals for oily skin or a natural matte finish, liquids for dry skin or a baby soft sheen, and if you're lucky enough to have pretty perfect skin then you can choose whichever... or none! (Or maybe some tinted moisturiser)

Next you need to get the blush or bronzing right. Seeing as natural make-up tends to look best, go with what your skin naturally does in the sun. If you burn choose a pretty peachy pink, and if you tan, then choose a light golden shimmer. Dust either one where your face catches the light, so over your cheekbones, temples and forehead.

Finish off with some translucent powder to set and matte the look, and if you want to add some shimmer, try a highlighter over your cheekbones.

Now for the eyes. As you are blonde, it's best to stay away from really dark colours, like blacks, for everyday looks. Experiment with light browns, peaches, bronzes, golds (these can look particularly nice) soft dove greys and skin coloured shimmers. Dust these lightly over your eyelids, and add definition by working a slightly darker shade in to the crease in your eyelid, then highlight just below the brow and on the inside of your eyes nearest the bridge of your nose to open the eyes up.

If you would like to add eyeliner, then choose a medium to dark grey, or dark brown, depending on your eyeshadow, and feather a little along the top and not very much on the bottom.

Always finish the look with mascara in dark brown or black.

For lips you should take into account how much you have done to the eyes. A natural daytime look should focus either on the eyes or lips, not both.

So, if you have focused on the eyes, then keep it simple with a slick of Vaseline, or subtle gloss.

If you choose to emphasise your lips, then start with a lipliner, and gently feather, blending as you go. Next, use the matching lipstick to fill out the look, and make sure everything is blended in. Dab a little gloss for a shiny shimmery look, or leave it for matte.

Alternatively, you could pick out a vibrant gloss colour and use that.

Hope this is helpful

Why dress yourself or your child in the same expensive, pre-packaged costumes as everyone else? Thrift stores, consignment stores, yard sales and even a friend or relative's attic may yield vintage clothing items that can be modified with inexpensive accessories from the craft store to create stunning and unique Halloween costumes.

All a witch costume really needs is a flowing black dress or skirt and a hat. Mom or grandmother might have an old evening gown or even a negligee. Thrift stores frequently carry long skirts. Pair a filmy skirt with a black tank top and a shawl, and add a pair of vintage shoes or boots. A witch's hat can be purchased from nearly any drug store or department store near Halloween.

A female vampire costume can be much like a witch costume, with the addition of white face makeup and red lipstick. For a more seductive vampire look, substitute a short skirt or dress, fishnet stockings from a costume shop and high heels. Rather than buying and trying to wear fake vampire teeth all night, try drawing fake blood down the side of the chin with lipliner.

A male vampire can find vintage suits at the thrift store. A black suit, white face makeup and hair gel are all that are really needed for this look. If a less traditional vampire costume is desired, a black leather jacket, black jeans and boots can be switched for the suit, and the hair can be spiked up or styled for a punk effect.

A male or female gypsy costume can be easily assembled from thrift store items. Head scarves, costume jewelry and old blouses can also be used in pirate costumes. Flea markets are good sources of cheap leather accessories, such as belts and vests, that would be appropriate accessories for a pirate costume.

Zombies are extremely popular today. All that is needed to create the perfect zombie costume is a vintage suit or dress from a thrift store or yard sale and makeup for special effects.

Nearly all costumes need some type of finishing cosmetic touch for the face or hair. Makeup and temporary hair dyes can be purchased cheaply at beauty supply stores.

There are many different ways and they have all worked for me i don't know if were on the same track here or not but my lips are naturally quite red and these options tone them down a bit...

1) you can try sugar (any type) mixed in with olive oil (this one works for me the best) and also when your putting it on your lips you want to use a soft brissled toothbrush to put it on that way it makes it kinda be on there better

2) plain old honey (works well also)

3)just keep your lips nice and moisturized all the time (that one works but youve got to stay on top of it 24/7

4)lemon juice Ive heard but ive tried it once and all i have found it to do is just dry out my lips even more

and thats pretty much all i got for you oh and also if you do these things youll see if you stop for about 2 days your lips will come back normal and so what you need to do is do it everynight before you go to bed but dont do it like during the day cause thats over the top but just do it once a day and the right time is right before you go to sleep and i gurantee you it will work and its so inexpensive because you probably have all this stuff at home but if you dont then you can just go out and buy the cheap kind its works on your lips the same

and one more way but this time with makeup if you have a lip color and its a light pink color and its just doesnt stay on a while then try this because trust me it works for me everyday i use it

what youll need:

1) foundation (liquid)

2)face powder

3) lip color (should be lipstick)

4) and if you want you can put gloss on top and its just the same with staying on

5)lip liner if you want because it helps the color stay eve more (should be a color only a shade or two of the color of your lipstick or the color of your lips)

6) foundation brush, powder puff

steps: first take the foundation and its brush and put as much as you need to cover all your lips your going to see a line there with your real lip color and the foundation color press your lips together once softly and then take your powder and powder puff slide the puff on the powder as many times as you think you need on your lips put it on your lips and especially where that line is to smooth it out and it works and then line isnt there then take your lip color and put it as much as you want on your lips rub it in get the corners even you know everything youve got to do take your powder and puff again and do once more what i said about the powder over the lip color but lightly put your lip liner if you want it helps more and it doesnt even have to be a dark color the lipliner can even just be 1 shade more and if you want lip gloss doesnt matter works all the same even from the moister of the lip gloss lol so i hoped all of this helped, good luck!! ;P

Here are some steps you have to follow if u want to look like the supermodel Miranda Kerr:

1. You have to do your make-up so you look more like her. What I mean is, that you have to create the same look, not copy it!

-Start with the base. The foundation has to be in the same colour as your own skin tone.

- Afterwards, put som bronzing powder under your cheekbones, and your cheeks will look a little bit bigger and it creates also an illusion of dimples. ( if you already have small dimples, but wants them to look bigger: take a brown eyeshadow and put a little bit on the dimples and wipe out).

- Mirandas eyes are far away from each other. To create that look ( if your eyes are quite close to each other): Don´t put the eyeliner all around your eyes! Just start from the middle and then continue to make the lines outwards as much as possible ( it still have to look natural). Then you put a beige eye- shadow on the whole eyelid. Afterwards, take a darker brown eye-shadow and apply it on the "deep" sides around the eye (you know) and wipe out. Then continue to apply the dark eye-shadow outwards until your eyes looks more wide.

- Finally put mascara on your lashes. ( My favorite mascara is from Dior, very Miranda style).

- Mirandas lips are plumpy, so use a plumping lipgloss in a natural tone. You can even choose to wear only a mat lipstick in a natural colour, that creates the same look. Before you colour the lips with the gloss or the lipstick, remember to form your mouth to look more like Mirandas with a lipliner in a natural colour (beige-rose).

If you want to look like Miranda, even without make-up you have to:

- cut your eyebrows like Miranda. The best way to do it, is to use a special eyebrow knife. Then it´s easy to cut the brows exactly like Mirandas.

- use a moisturizing cream on your face. Your skin will then have that beautiful glow, even without make-up!

- use a lip moisurizer that makes your lips fully and glossy.

2. You have to have the same hair!

- Miranda has chocolate brown hair right now. It´s often wavy when she´s partying, but in her private life her hair is mostly straight.

- 2 years ago her hair was brown with lighter higlights.

You can choose the colour that looks best on you! Remember to cut your hair in "stairs" (shorter at the top) to create volume!

3. You have to copy her style!

Miranda likes to wear clothes that looks elegant and classic. She also likes clothes that are not too tight and not too colourful. so:

- use clothes in natural colours: beige, black, white..

- Wear often long dresses

- Wear often a brown leather jacket

If you are short, it´s very important for you to look tall! Then you have to:

- wear high- heels. (at least 11 cm if you are under 170 cm!)

(Miranda is often wearing brown leather ankleboots).

Miranda is not often changing the accessories, and that´s very good for you when you are copying her style! Here are the most important accessories that will make you look a little bit more like her:

- a big golden ring

- a chanel bag

- a Yorkshire terrier (it´s not an accessorie, but you will look more like Miranda if you have the same dog)

- a hot boyfriend that looks like Orlando Bloom or Jay Lyon!

Remember that Miranda thinks that "less is more". Don´t use earrings, necklace and rings at the same time. Choose one!

summarize:

- Miranda has a beautiful and athletic body, so spend your days at the gym!

- Smile often and look naturally cute

- Don´t try to look sexy. Try to look sweet and gorgeous instead!

- Walk straight

- lean your head when you are talking to somebody.

- Use a self tanner lotion.

Fully answering this question is tricky because I don't know your features and skin/eye/hair colors. Makeup is very individualized. For very basic, natural-esque makeup, I suggest the following:

EYESHADOW:

If you're willing to pay high end, MAC and Urban Decay are excellent.

If you want cheaper, I suggest NYX, Milani, or Ulta's brand.

You probably want: - A light shimmery color that complements your skin tone: to be used as a base, wash, and highlight. I use Urban Decay's "half baked", and I've been eyeing to get MAC's "grand entrance". - A darker color that complements your skin tone: to accent the crease of your eyes. I use Milani's java bean...among many, many others.

EYELINER:

If you're willing to pay high end, Urban Decay has their 24/7 glide on eye pencils.

If you want cheaper, I suggest NYC's waterproof eyeliner or Prestige's total intensity eyeliner.

You probably want:

-Eyeliner in black or brown depending on your hair color. Dark colors are also good depending on your hair/skin/eye color. I suggest getting waterproof. I actually use NYC's "smokey plum" or Urban Decay's "bourbon".

MASCARA:

Mascaras are HIGHLY subjective. To each her own. You really need to find what works for you. Some well reviewed drugstore mascara's include: Lash Blast by Covergirl, Colossal by Maybelline, Voluminous by Loreal, Full n Soft by maybelline, Volume Couture by Max Factor, and 200 calorie by Max Factor.

You probably want:

-Mascara in black or brown depending on your hair color. I personally LOVE Max Factor's volume couture, and 2000 calorie.

Finally, I suggest grabbing a nice comfortable lipgloss that complements your skin tone and natural lip color. I use MAC's 3D glass in "apex".

In sum; makeup is highly subjective and personalized for the individual. Finding what works for you is sometimes trial and error. The bare essentials of makeup (in my

opinion) are a light eyeshadow, a dark eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, and a flattering lipgloss.

If you want to improve your makeup experience, I suggest investing in makeup brushes and doing further research on websites like www.makeupalley.com.
