i am having the EXACT same issue, its probably just the season and it will end. but it could also be your shampoo. be sure to get the HYDRATING kind. it will help. but be sure to mix the different brands together, transitioning into the new brand. your hair is already having tons of stress. dead skin cells have a bit to do with it. they're that white stuff
