If you get twitchy thinking about the drug, that's just excitement and your body's way of saying "I want that." If you twitch all the time, or for no reason, or especially when nervous, you may have an anxiety disorder. Also, sometimes, the drug stays in the body for a very long period of time. LSD stays in the body for a very long time, so you would get flashbacks. It depends how long you have been clean. You may be fening for that drug.
