For many centuries, the outside world had no name for Bhutan. Its lofty frontiers wrapped it in an impenetrable cloak of mystery. The Tibetan chroniclers of the 18th century referred to it by many names, including "Hidden Holy Land," The Southern Valley of Medicinal Herbs," and "the Lotus Garden of the Gods." However, the Bhutanese have had a name for their own country for centuries. They still refer to their land as Druk Yul, literally meaning "The Kingdom of the Thunder Dragon."

A rough translation to Russian is "Ты хороший друг". "Ты" is an informal way of saying "you" in Russian. "Xороший" is the Russian word for good. And "Друг" is the Russian word for a male friend. The word for a female friend is "подруга", but this could also mean "girlfriend". If you are talking to a girl, the correct way to say it would be "Ты хорошая подруга". The first phrase is pronounced "Tee horoshi droog", and the second phrase is pronounced "Tee horoshaya podrooga".

Bhutan is a landlocked state in South Asia. Other names for Bhutan are: Bottanthis, Bottan, and Bottanter. Jean-Baptiste Tavernier's 1676 Six Voyages is the first to record the name Boutan. However, in every case, these seem to have been describing not modern Bhutan but the Kingdom of Tibet. The modern distinction between the two did not begin until well into George Bogle's 1774 expedition --- realizing the differences between the two regions, cultures, and states, his final report to the East India Company formally proposed labeling the Druk Desi's kingdom as "Boutan" and the Panchen Lama's as "Tibet". The EIC's surveyor general James Rennell first anglicized the French name as Bootan and then popularized the distinction between it and greater Tibet.

Dpending on how familiar you allready are with the druk, nothing will happen.

IF you're completely unfamiliar with the drug, then shock and hallucinations may occur, they only last for a few hours. Almost for certain you won't

remember anything in the timeperios shorty after taking them t'ill really waking up again. Basicly its just a trip.

Allow me to elaborate, if you take those while up awake, and just go around your business as usual, then symptoms above might appear. They differ per person, but hallucinations are almost always on top. Next to that you my your usual business as if you were home, like starting cooking, baking eggs and the sorts n therory you are still awake, since you never went sleeping, but actually your body thinks your asleep so it shows you the dream you have (in the possible invironment). So ye a ah, it's just a trip, and you'll wake up eventually. Better to use and go straght to bed for a good nights rest me tells ya ;)

Before the 16th century, numerous clans and noble families ruled in different valleys throughout Bhutan, quarrelling among themselves and with Tibet. This changed in 1616 with the arrival of Ngawang Namgyal, a monk of the Drukpa Kagyu school of Buddhism from Tibet. He taught throughout the region and soon established himself as the religious ruler of Bhutan with the title Shabdrung Rinpoche. He repelled attacks from rival lamas and Tibetan forces and transformed the southern valleys into a unified country called Druk Yul (Land of the Dragon). While the political system he established lasted until the beginning of the 20th century, the announcement of the Shabdrung's death in 1705 was followed by 200 years of internal conflict and political infighting.

Instability lasted until 1907 when Ugyen Wangchuck was elected, by a unanimous vote of Bhutan's chiefs and principal lamas, as hereditary ruler of Bhutan. Thus the first king was crowned and the Wangchuck dynasty began. Over the following four decades, he and his heir, King Jigme Wangchuck, brought the entire country under the monarchy's direct control. Upon independence in 1947, India recognized Bhutan as a sovereign country.

The third king, Jigme Dorji Wangchuck, is regarded as the father of modern Bhutan because of the development plans he initiated. When China took control of Tibet, Bhutan's policy of total isolation lost its appeal and the country was formally admitted to the United Nations in 1971. The present monarch, Jigme Singye Wangchuck, has continued the policy of controlled development with particular focus on the preservation of the environment and Bhutan's unique culture. Among his ideals is economic self-reliance and what he nicknamed "Gross National Happiness".

His coronation on 2 June 1974 was the first time the international media were allowed to enter the kingdom, and marked Bhutan's debut appearance on the world stage. The first group of paying tourists arrived later that year.

Not been many studies on (recreational use of this drug).

You may have caused damage to your liver and or heart. but, if you have not touched this drug since, and it DOES NOT contain "acetaminophen" or something similar (NSAIDS) < example - You should be ok.

if you think you have a problem or seem to be abusing it you probably do. in that case you are lucky because you're dependence on this drug is mostly mentally addicting.

The worst withdrawal would be dizziness, headache, and feeling of "happiness" increased enjoyment of food, and finally you should feel normal again.

AFTER THAT YOU WILL PROBABLY WANT TO DO THE DRUG AGAIN. thats the mental "addiction" or whatever the eff you wanna call it.

Simply ignore this, and move on with your life. If you experience PAIN of the heart the next couple days, as long as its minor, ignore it. if it persists or GETS WORSE see a doc!.

as for your liver, if you damaged that you most likely won't notice this till much later in your life. Take care of it then.

As for now, Move on. DO NOT think of these problems and get this mental thing in your head that you caused "DAMAGE" to your body, that will make you paranoid.

Most all "Drugs" will have to be filterd out by your LIVER all drugs are Poison to your liver, and OD'ING on Diphenhydramine AKA Benadryl is ruff on your liver.

But my bet is your liver made it fine, it filterd that poison like a boss.

You only get one LIVER! treat it how you like, i'm not here to judge just help best i can.

Hope you choose to stay clean, or smoke some good ol pot! (on the weekends?) you will enjoy your life.

If this was a suicide attempt, then MOVE FORWARD, Don't dwell on it, Brush it off, and go enjoy your life.

LAST FACTS TO ME KNOWLEDGE.

IF YOU HAD NO "tolerance" to Benadryl / DIPH. then these are my guesses.

IF YOU HAD 100 - 300 MG of this drug - **you most likely had audio hallucinations minor visual hallucinations and minor to moderate paranoia**

IF YOU HAD 300 - 500 MG of this drug - **you most likely had strong audio hallucinations moderate visual hallucinations and to moderate paranoia**

IF YOU HAD 500 - 800 MG of this drug - **you had audio hallucinations strong visual (most likely - Rats, mice, squirrels, fading in and out of reality, CRAZY thoughts, if you kept fighting the sedation you would see people, talk to people (loved ones) that aren't there, then snap back and say oh s*t lol, and most likely see bugs on the walls ect. and to moderate paranoia to severe**

IF YOU HAD 800 - 1200 MG of this drug - **most likely have severe POUNDING HEART, loss of control, muscle moments lost, walking nearly imposable, you will see things, hear things, you wont have control, you will look LIKE YOUR GOING TO DIE do not let anyone see you, if you fall asleep you will wake up seeing things that you fear, again RATS, MICE, ANIMALS, SPIDERS, blah blah blah...

anymore then that.... and you probably won't ever be the same, or you will have some heart problems and again maybe liver problems later on 20, 30 years from now. THIS IS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE NO tolerance to the drug.

All in all, its a drug thats on the dark side, brings fears out, makes you feel sick / druk, dull, crappy,.

Infact, from my use, the best part is when it finally ends!

PEACE. Hope i helped=)
