yes they can bypass you, but you must find the right lobby some will derank you. Or you can do it yourself.

The ONLY WAY someone could do this is if he or she hacked the system somehow, however, that is against the rules and could result in an permanent ban from Xbox Live. If someone is abusing somehow, report their profile from the member's player-card.

You can't the only way to decrease it is by having a creator derank you or getting hacked again

No, it may look like it sometimes simply because they "deranked" you. Turning off your xbox should solve random "jiberish" on your screen but will not un-derank you.

Not banned for getting into a 10th lobby, they'll just derank you.

But if you host hacked or modded lobbies, then yes, because it's against policies to tamper with the games, especially online.

You can't, that is your level now, all you could do is find another challenged lobby, which would be hard now a days, and ask them to derank you, but you will start from the level you was at but at rank 1. If not, just create a new account and start over.

a guy that goes on COD for the wii, and deranks everyone on it. he's been known to get into peoples accounts and delete all of their allies + reset all their classes + derank them.

if you see ANYONE called returner44, leave straight away. He deliberatly causes argument by saying "your gay" to others with mics, so he has a reason to hijack their accounts.

i was unfortunate enough to meet him on domination, and he banned a kid from every wii game online (20102 ban) and corrupted his mw3 save file!
