A friend who is also a nurse told me that these bumps arise when your body is lacking in the Omega-3 Fatty Acids. I have been eating avocados, which have the Omega-3 fatty acids, regularly and have noticed vast improvement though the rash is still there. I plan to supplement with Flaxseed oil. Fish is also rich in the Omega-3 Fatty Acids.
