Neon exist in the Earth atmosphere in a very low concentration, 18,2 vpm.

'VPM' appears to be some non-standard symbol for 'volts per metre', the correct symbol for which is 'V/m'. For insulators, many tables list their dielectric strengths in kilovolts per metre (kV/m) or even kilovolts per millimetre (kV/mm).

Not currently possible. Garmin voice format (.VPM) is proprietary and there are no tools readily available to convert other formats to vpm. The best you can do is use a TTS editor to change what the existing voices say (will still use standard voices) or, you can download new voices from the Garmin site for about 10 bucks each (none are TTS though - meaning the will not say street names).

Today the average concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is approx. 4oo vpm; some scientists consider that values over 300 ppm are high.

A Projection is defined as a process which transforms points in a coordinate system of dimension n into points in a coordinate system of dimension less than n.

The mapping of 3D objects onto the 2D screen is done by straight projection rays (called projectors) emanating from a center of projection, passing through each point of the object, and intersecting a projection plane to form the projection.

Projections can be divided into two basic classes:

  1. Perspective or Vanishing Point Method (VPM)
  2. Parallel Projection

Parts per million (ppm) is a measure of concentration that is used where low levels of concentration are significant. The ppm value is equivalent to the absolute fractional amount multiplied by one million (106). It is a term with several variants in meaning, so the meaning should be made clear if this term is used.

Parts per million is related to percent (parts per hundred) as follows:1% = 10,000 ppm or 1/100 = 10,000/1,000,000.
