VIB parties are like Fight Club: the first and second rules of VIB are, "you do not talk about VIB." I can't imagine what you'd have to do to spend $350 a year on makeup, and that's what you need to spend to become a VIB member.

To get a VIB membership, all you have to do is purchase however many months of VIB membership you'd like from the Build-A-Bear website or in-store.
Once you have your VIB code, go to the Build-A-Bear Workshop store in Bearville, click on Champ, the bear at the counter and enter your web code.

You have to buy a membership through build a bear.
Not really... You have to buy the membership card at your local buildabear workshop store and get a card that had V.I.B on it. Then you go to buildabearville.com and make an account (I think you have to have a bear for it...) and just you know put in the code and you get your V.I.B ness on it :). You get credits every month you get it for (They have 3months, 6months, and 1 year V.I.B) it. Also you get bear bills and the abitlity to be able to get a backpack design... Yeah i think you need a bear.

According to my old US text book the first member of group VIb that would be O, Oxygen. I suspect that this is the answer most likely to be considered correct.
I hate these questions because over the years different conventions were used in Europe and the US.
According to Wikipedia one convention (american) was that VIb refered to the Chromium group!
The most recent numbering internationally agreed that has not reached some parts of the education system is the IUPAC convention that just numbers groups without any a's and b's.

You may be experiencing what experts are calling Ghost Phone Calls. It is when your body feels vibration that is not there. See if it happens more often if you are expecting a TXT or phone call.
Also, try leaving your phone behind for one whole day, then see if you still feel the phone. I have the same thing, and left it home for a day, and felt the vibration all day...
