In the movie 'Water Horse', a Loch Ness monster could only have one baby at a time. The lake size would probably determine the number of Nessies.

The loch was once open to the ocean waters, and creatures such as plesiosaurs could easily have stayed there and adapted to the conditions, and continued to breed to maintain one or more Nessies in the Loch.

Nessie's Mom and Dad probably are not Nessies. There is only one Nessie to live in Loch Ness. And Nessie's mom didn't die when she was a baby nor that her dad is dead. Nobody knows, but if it's an animal or human, it Has To Have parents!

Besides "Midnight Sun" which is in Edward Cullen's point of view, there will not be a book after Breaking Dawn in Renesmee's point of View. "Morning Sun" is Edward's point of view during Twilight the first book. Stephenie Meyer has decided that after "Midnight Sun" there will not be anymore books that she makes about "Twilight".
