The Necronomicon is a fictional book invent by H P Lovecraft that has nothing to do with Satanisim except for that LaVey enjoyed reading Lovecraft's stories. Lovecraft and his fellow Mythos authors invented several other books: the Book of Ebion, the Pnatokic Manuscripts, etc.
