Most people would think it would be El Toro, but, its not. Its actually a roller coaster called Kingda Ka. It is so high it has sign warning riders that it might not get to the top of the hill. But its still safe if it does that. And if so, they're re- lauch until they make it over the giant hill and happily travel back to there starting point going 210 km an hour.
