Bring the water to boil, then turn it off, when the bubbles stop ad the teabags, if its too hot they will burst. After maybe 30 min or an hour, but while still hot put 4 cups of sugar and dissolve. Then pour 1/2 the concentrate into a gallon container then add water up to the gallon, then the other 1/2. It was basically by the Lusianne instructions more or less.
It could be different now. It was always fresh and whenever it got even a touch cloudy we threw it out.
