The most common thought is that MacD's meat comes from old cows that have lived past their production lives, and chickens (being broilers) that have been raised in crowded conditions eating massive amounts of grain. And it's probably true, but the company will probably never tell the public the truth of where they get their meat from.

its pure muck there is opnly a tiny tiny percentage edible meat in it. its a combination of grit bones and fat all mushed down with flavourings.
