Just about all kinds. usually people eat the big frogs(as they have more meat) Usually the frog's legs are cut off while the frog is alive. the frogs skin is cut off also on its legs., only the legs will be aten so the rest of the body is disposed of. The bullfrog is the most commonly eaten species.
