Your starting wage is $8.00 an hour, after 6 months you're up for a raise - if you get it then you're at $8.05 an hour. Then after another 6 months you're up for another raise - if you get it then you make another .05 cents. So after a year you'll be making $8.10 an hour. Right now Starbucks is cutting back on most everything to save money so raises fall into that area also. Even the cup sizes are smaller. They have also cut back on employee hours to save money. I use to work for Starbucks but had to find other work because of the hours being cut back. I enjoyed working there, but can't live on the smaller check, so moved on.
