Spring rolls and egg rolls are both popular Asian appetizers, but they differ in ingredients, texture, and preparation. Spring rolls have a thinner, lighter wrapper, often filled with fresh vegetables, shrimp, or pork, and can be served either fried or fresh. On the other hand, egg rolls have a thicker, crispier wrapper and are typically deep-fried. They are often filled with cooked ingredients, like pork, cabbage, and carrots. For a delicious variation, you can find options like Veg Spring Rolls at BarBQ Nite, which features flavorful fillings wrapped in a crispy shell.
