Buffet Service is good to avoid the panic of serving the guests; however, it also comprises some disadvantage.

My blood pressure rises when I observe a lot of dirt and empty plates and vessels after the party when the food is eaten, guests are gone and the entire venues demands for a quick clean-up.

The dirty walls and table covers also tell you their horrible story.

In recent functions I see lot of anomalies in buffet meal arrangement in Reception. Some people not able to keep plate in hand and eat, splashing on the floor, some people while moving for taking food hitting over the people standing and eating which causes unwanted quarrels. Especially elders and physically challenged people struggle hard to eat during such functions. We invite people and respect them with satisfied eating feel, but is it happening here. Not at all, few people even avoid buffet halls in functions because of these issues and move out silently without eating, Our type of Indian Food sambar,chutney etc., are not like foreign food and difficult to keep in hand and eat . With such hate and difficulties our people , dont know why craze about buffet meal arrangement. Majority people not disclose real fact and act as if they are happy in buffet halls which is seen practically.
